Contact Sarah:

​Sarah approaches therapy from a place of compassion and acceptance. She believes in the power of safe, trusting relationships to create change and that authentically expressing oneself is key to healing. She will work with you to explore your patterns and create a deeper connection with yourself and others. 

Sarah has a special interest in working with women who struggle with mental health concerns that accompany autoimmune disease, hormone imbalance, and other physical health challenges. Sarah also enjoys working with gifted and highly sensitive individuals and those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflicts, spiritual exploration, and life transitions. She works with clients to develop their inner voice and connection with self. Sarah offers the Prepare/Enrich Assessment to couples wanting pre-marital counseling. 

Sarah lived in Venezuela and speaks Spanish. She loves working with individuals from different cultures and is curious to understand and empower your cultural experience. Sarah is a strong ally to the LGBTQ+ community. Sarah also has experience working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Personally, Sarah is married and has a young child. She is passionate about understanding the mind-body connection and loves to integrate mindfulness into her work with clients to bring about deep healing and lasting change for the whole person.She loves working with individuals from different cultures and is curious to understand and empower your cultural experience.
