Jenny is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience working with couples, families, adults and adolescents. Jenny approaches therapy with curiosity and compassion. She believes we are all doing the best we can with what we know, yet there are times on our journey that we seek change, healing or growth. Jenny offers a safe space to explore habits or patterns that are no longer serving you or your relationships. She offers straightforward, honest and compassionate therapy and works with you towards healing and contentment.
Jenny is a strengths-based, systemic thinker. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, parenting, and uncoupling. She pulls from a variety of approaches including mindfulness, attachment theories, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is also an EMDRIA approved EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) clinician and a trained yoga instructor.
On a personal note, Jenny is married with two boys. In her free time, you can find Jenny running, on her yoga mat, in her garden or exploring the outdoors with her family.
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
