I work from the belief that the most important element in effective therapy is a solid therapeutic relationship and a strong connection between client and therapist. That is why I bring so much of my Self into the work!
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. Some of my areas of interest are life stage transitions, helping couples manage conflict more effectively and respectfully, improving problematic communication patterns, and developing one’s own inner voice and intuition.

I have additional training in the areas of maternal mental health and the transition to parenthood, yoga therapy and embodiment practices, and the specific challenges facing LGBTQ individuals and couples.
